It's our job to learn your lease to ensure clear communication.
Through carefull screening methods, CMG selects potentail tenants based on a fair rental aplication. We also complete any required Quality Housing Inspection's (QHI's), Department of Social Service Land Lord Statements, and any other procedures deemed necessary to receive public assistance. We communicate with social service case workers to resolve any payment issues and establish an active Vendor ID with DSS to be paid directly.
